Loving Christ, Loving Others

Our Lady of Consolation Parish includes Our Lady of Consolation Church in Vattmann, Texas, Our Lady of Guadalupe Mission in Riviera, Texas and Sacred Heart Mission in Ricardo, Texas.

We are a Roman Catholic Parish of the Diocese of Corpus Christi. Our Pastor is Father Andy Sensenig, OMI. Our Deacon is Mike Valenzuela.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our Lady of Consolation Parish, Vattmann, with its two missions at Our Lady of Guadalupe, Riviera, and Sacred Heart Mission, Ricardo, under the patronage of our Blessed Mother, as a united Catholic community, is committed to bringing the Triune God to people, and people to Him, through the Word of God and Sacraments, in obedience to the Church.

Mass Times

Saturday Vigil: 

Sacred Heart Mission, Ricardo 5:00pm


Sunday:  

Our Lady of Consolation, Vattmann 8:00am
Our Lady of Guadalupe Mission, Riviera 12:00noon

Our Lady of Consolation, Vattmann

Tuesday-Saturday: 8:00am
There is No Mass on Mondays

During Lent:  There will be no Friday 8AM Mass. 
Friday Mass will be after the Stations of the Cross in the evening at OLC


For the Missions, the Stations of the Cross will start 30 minutes prior to the weekend Mass.

Confessions:

  • Saturdays 3:00pm-4:00pm
    Our Lady of Consolation Vattmann

          Holy Hour and Confession available

  • One half hour before Saturday Vigil and Sunday Masses

          Appointments for private confessions may be made by            contacting the Parish Office. 


Eucharist Adoration:

  • Eucharistic Adoration and Confession is every
    Thursday at 6:30pm rotating weekly around our parish sites:
  • 1st / 5th Thursday - OLC Vattmann
  • 2nd Thursday - SHM Ricardo
  • 3rd Thursday - OLG Sarita
  • 4th Thursday - OLGM Riviera

4th Thursday - Our Lady of Guadalupe - Riviera
